Delivery Terms & Conditions
We currently only deliver to the Five Valleys area (i.e.- GL5, GL6, GL10 and GL11 post codes).
Other post codes by prior arrangement.
We aim to deliver your order within 2 hours of the agreed delivery time and day, depending on how busy we are and traffic, etc.
Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) is £3.50 per order*.
*FREE standard delivery for orders over £50.
Next day delivery: £6.
Special Delivery (e.g.- same day) by prior arrangement only - please call 01453 762 791 prior to placing your order.
We also offer a FREE Click & Collect option (from our premises at 36 Bowbridge Lane, Stroud, Gloucestershire GL5 2JL).
Note: All food is cooked to order and then frozen in vacuum-packed individual bags, to ensure it tastes freshly cooked when you eat it.
Food will be delivered to you frozen and should be kept frozen until you are ready to reheat it - see reheating instructions HERE.
IMPORTANT: Someone must be in to accept delivery, as products will be frozen and need to stay that way until consumed
When you place an order via our webshop, you also need to select a delivery day/time, as someone needs to be in to accept the order because the food must be kept frozen until you're ready to enjoy it.
An order may be cancelled for a full refund as long as preparation has not been started.
Returns are not accepted.
We aim to serve you with the highest standard of service. Should your order not meet your expectations then we may refund part or all of your order or give a credit towards your next order. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process card refunds.
Should you wish to make a complaint, please contact us within an hour of receiving your order, and ask to speak to the duty manager. Each complaint is considered on its own merit. Refunds and cancellations are at the discretion of the duty manager.
