"The Thai curry supplied by Chef63 is really excellent. My meal was a red Thai curry with pork tenderloin, some vegetables and rice. I thought that, as this was my first meal from Chef63, I would not order the chilli kick - which turned out to be a good move because the basic sauce had just the right amount of spiciness.
The tenderloin pork was delicious. It was diced into quite small pieces and was very tender with no fat or gristle. I cooked the vegetables for four minutes and they were just the right side of al dente.
The jasmine rice, which I understand was imported from Thailand, was really scrummy, very light and fluffy. The cooking process was very quick and easy. When I have some space in my deep-freeze I will be ordering a lot more. I can thoroughly recommend this delicious meal."

"We really enjoyed our food from Chef63! What a refreshing change to be able to want a quick and easy takeaway meal but not to have to compromise on quality of ingredients or taste. Fast food doesn't need to be unhealthy... finally! Stroud has been waiting for this. I love the ethos of the company, the high quality of ingredients and the delicious food on offer :-) It's a great takeaway idea to order these and keep them in the freezer so that we can have a quick easy yet tasty good quality meal whenever we need a night off from cooking or are in a hurry.
The boil in the bag method was effective and easy. The variety of vegetables, protein choices and yummy sauces on the menu is great. We've tried a variety of them so far and all have been fab. I can highly recommend these Thai curries. I'd suggest you order some for your freezer right away!" :-)

“My family and I recently tried a selection of the tasty Thai home-delivery food available from Chef63 and we absolutely loved it!
In particular, the cod with the Thai red curry and Jasmine rice, green beans and baby sweetcorn was outstanding. Chicken with the green Thai curry and red peppers, carrots and courgettes was another favourite, but to be honest we liked it all! 😊
The boil-in-the-bag approach straight from frozen is convenient, simple and easy to do… and so quick!
We had our meals all on the table and ready to tuck into within 15 minutes of deciding what we wanted to eat — and because the Chef63 folks cook all the food to order and then freeze it in vacuum-packed individual bags, it all tasted as though it had just been freshly cooked.
